So I have a new neighbor that recently moved into my complex. I noticed he stares at me every time I walk by so I decided to test him. I had ordered food and left it outside my door all day to see if he would be “neighborly” and bring it to my house. Not only did he bring it to my door, he brought it inside! Big mistake for him
